I had ordered food from your app and have been doing it since long. On three occasions my food has either come wrong or it has been stale or it is too spicy... Even after writing about all this this is the section which states write about food and instructions to be passed to restaurant still my food was messed up. Today also even after writing that food should not have green or red chilli still so much was put that i couldn't take second bite... Had to rush and have two glasses water n sugar... What the hell is your team doing when such message was not communicated to the vendor... Why are you guys there... Your agent says we don't have control on quality of food then black list the restaurant and put fine... What action was taken on my query is simply nothing... I hope someone can read this and take action... Otherwise bull #...
