Zomato — Wrong food item and worst quality

I ordered cheese Burst pizza and burger from Zomato on 15 september 2021 from phone no. [protected]. Instead of cheese Burst what I received is veg pizza plus the quality of base was so worst . It was so hard to eat. In addition the packaging of burger was worst. The burger get sticked to packaging. It was gift from me to my friend. It was wastage of my time money and emotions. Now I have to order something else for my friend which will cost me double. When I asked for refund Zomato declined it. I want my complete refund. My order number is [protected].

What is the Final Resolution in this case. Is it only sending a notification to the business or taking some legal actions against such malpractices.

They have forwarded this complaint to zomato team and further there is no update from zomato !
