Zomato — wrong item and no refund

I ordered food from zomato and they delivered the wrong item. Their delivery executive was also very rude and exhibited very inappropriate behavior. On complaining they did not reply to my mail. They have not refunded my money either. My order number is[protected].
I want my money back. Zomato has been failing in meeting standards and this is dissapointing.
