Zomato — Wrong item delivering and rude attitude from the team

I used to order from zomato for a very long period both in kerala and chennai. For these much years everything was fine. i have not faced any issues and was very happy with zomato. But for the past one month the experience with zomato is very bad. Delivering wrong items and when complained about that their reply is they are unable to verify with the restaurant. Other than that they are not allowing to use the gift card balance and refund amounts from failed transactions are still pending from 3 weeks. Its very horrifying to see zomato like this.
