Zomato — Wrong item received and no resolution

Description- Had ordered chicken roll but received panner roll. Wasted time with customer executive wherein one photo was send, was asked for picture from other angle, send many other pictures. In end told that no money refund. Last time also a similar thing happened and no refund given since i threw the item after sending one phone so accepted since could not send the photo from other angles. This time i have sent everything as required still no refund. Pl also advice where i can raise the issue.
