Zomato — Wrong item received

I order paneer Tikka Sub yesterday, but I received Fried paneer sub 🤢🤢. I tried to contact customer care executive through chat and provided videos twice but they didn't give me any response and marked my conversation as closed. Then after that I wasn't able to file any complaint related to my order. It would give me an automated message to email them.

I sent an email with the video, my order was lying on table for half an hour. They replied back today and said they can't do anything about it. I should get what I paid for, they can't keep getting away with it.
