Zomato — wrong location update and denied to cancel order | |||
I order food to my home address but it was delivered to office location don’t know how on earth it’s possible. When asked to cancel the representative is asking me not to cancel because i’ll have to pay penalty. Why should i i have to pay penalty when the mistake is from zomato end. Even driver asked me to cancel the order and you will get refund but the chat representative is not cancelling the order. When asked for manger he is not even allowing me to chat with manger Was this information helpful? | |||
