Order: [protected] i would like to read your policy regarding a wrong order delivered. I had ordered something - i got the wrong delivery, your support is not ready to replace the order, neither refund me my own money? How is this okay? 1. I order for an item on zomato app and make the payment through upi 2. Zomato delivers the wrong order due to miscommunication/ lack of quality checks/ restaurant issues 3. I request for a refund of the amount that i paid through upi to be returned as is and collect the wrong food delivered. Now i need to receive the amount in my bank and zomato receives the wrong food delivered. Was this information helpful? | |

I got a call from [protected] Rahul sharma from zomato I explained everything abt my issue and asked for refund and she started abusing saying madharchod phone rak aukadh nai hain khana khake upar se gaali deto but i never said anything to him.I hve recorded call he is saying that out a case on high court Normal court mein nai chalega something.

I have call recording too. I m not gone leave this here zomato. Sir please take proper action on them
