Zomato — wrong order delivered and horrible customer service

Wrong order was delivered and the restaurant made up a lie and the app support staff believed it. I mean this is just wrong. I had to throw away the food. I have ordered multiple times from the restaurant and then they send the wrong order and somehow it's not the wrong order and i'm the one who is lying. Pathetic support staff told me that it was a difference of taste and not a wrong order. Just horrible.

I cancelled my order on zomato of 4 packets chicken biriyani on 25th April, 2019 20:54. And as per zomato Terms may take upto 2 days to process the refund. But still not received any refund amount. Please support on this issue and solve this problem as soon as possible.

Order on 26 April 2019 at 10:06pm, at nivis kitchen Chennai. Amount got debited but order not placed shows "your payment could not be processed". And no response from chat support.

I don't know why, but my ZOMATO account was blocked few months ago. Please resolve it and unblock my account.

I have ordered 2 pizza on la pino's yesterday my order no [protected]
Some how I completed my net banking payment around 176/- INR but order not placed so me incomplete payment
My bank through I receive a sms that I paid the amount
I chat with Zomato support but they were not helpful when will they return back my money
Please help me with this

I ordered a meal from KFC platen Bazar. I tried to pay through my sbi atm. Money was reducted but order not received. Please help
