Zomato — Wrong order delivered. Partial refund processed | |
Hi, Its about order no 562081, by Swayamprava Nayak. I ordered for Claypot hyderabadi biriyani serving for 2, mishti doing 1. Instead I got Claypot biriyani serving 1 and phirni with a total order amount of 594. However, when asked about refund, they processed on a refund of 160. Completely unethical and unprofessional from zomato. Pathetic service. I want complete refund. Was this information helpful? | |
