[Resolved] Zomato — wrong order, zero customer satisfaction | |||
Zomato wants the serve food as per their choice. I placed my first order for gulab jamun and received kheer. When complained on chat, agent just said take item money back denied for any kind of compensation for inconvenience. And self claimed number 1 food order organization do not have the option to escalate issue to senior, great. Worst experience, zero customer service. Was this information helpful? | |||

Yesterday at 12:20 pm 1 restaurant was cancelled my order in Hyderabad madinaguda.. but still I didn't get the refund... When I will get my money.. I need my money..
