Zomato — Wrong promises , not fulfilled their claim

I am a Zomato Gold member and as per their advertisement is my order reaches after the On-time-Guarantee, I will get a coupon worth 100% of my order value. My order was worth Rs.211 and the coupon I got is for Rs.115.
What kind of scam is this company running.
