Zomato — your policy

Hello, i am very heartbroken by your policy of 30 minutes delivery, do you know how much the delivery executive suffer because of this? Do you know roads and traffic of our country? You are well aware about this, please remove this "30 min" drama... I am ready to pay even if i get my food after 2 hours. Your workers are the one you and the person who ordered should be grateful for.
And i dont think people who die for free delivery deserves the food too!

They charged me, the food was delivered.
I have been chatting with them on their application as they do not have a calling number. They habe been harassing me since 12 continuous days.
Please help me get my money back.
