Hi,
Zomato has blocked online ordering on my account, which they say has been done due to suspicious activity.
Firstly, i don't understand what suspicious activity have i done to deserve this. I have always been an honest and loyal zomato user.
Secondly, they say only online ordeing has been blocked on my account and i can use the rest of the app. But the issue is a blocker screen shows up whenever i open the app and does not allow me to use the app at all. I had purchased a zomato gold subscription, which i am unable to use because of my blocked account.
So, please either unblock my account or refund my money for zomato gold.
