Zomato — zomato account has been blocked from online ordering due to suspicious activity
Im not aware of any online ordering and dont know why my account has been blocked. On reaching zomato customer care, they blocked my account and say it cant be unblocked. My zomato is a gold membership and is valid till 2021. I either need my account back or a new account with the same membership validity.I need my account back as i have not ordered anything. Please be clear about the SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY your system found and mail me the details. If it is not possible to unblock my account, then provide me with a new one with the same gold membership validity. Im a gold member since the beginning. Its very disappointing to see such responses from zomato.
