[Resolved] Zomato — zomato amount debited from account without confirmation of order | |||
I ordered in Surya Lunch Home from zomato. I did the payment through my debit card, Rs 270 got debited from my account. An error occurred while ordering and no order number and no confirmation msg received. The order was not placed but I lost my money. I did not get my money back and customer care number not connecting. Don't trust zomato... Pathetic service Was this information helpful? | |||

This is a very common complaint against Zomato. Shameful behavior of taking money from the account and due to failure on their side, about which customer can not do anything, claim that they can't complete the order as though it were the customer's fault. Money has been taken from our account, Zomato must then take immediate responsiblity to correct and prevent such a thing from re-occurring - telling us "surely we will refund in 5-7 days due to RBI regulations" is lazy garbage as though we were sitting on a mountain of money like the comfy Zomato executives must be. Utterly lousy approach to customers from Zomato.

I did not get my money back yet it's 30th July today and my balance deducted on 13 July 2018. 18 days gone, Kindly get my money back..
