Zomato — Zomato and Burger King has failed to deliver quality food

On Mar 17th I had placed an order ([protected]) from Zo auto food delivery app to Burger King.
The food was delivered on time, but the food pack was completely soaked. Initially I thought might be water but when we opened it we realised that it was the Pepsi drink within which had spilled and soaked the entire food. On top of it, one of the time was missing.
When checked with the delivery boy he mentioned that it’s not his fault and it’s the burger kings fault.
When I raised this with zomato… they refunded 299 and dint give me any option to talk further
The entire order was for ₹800+ and I have no clue what that 299 was refunded for
Neither was the food in a form to be consumed and one item is also missing.

I requested for an entire refund and they emailed me back saying only this much is possible and to dither help them by giving low rating to Burger King.

This doesn’t solve my problem. For me it was an entire waste of money.
