Zomato — Zomato deactivated my Zomato order app & my credit amount is stuck.

Hello,

Zomato blocked my account without informing & I sent several mails but they not responding me.
My balance amount is stuck in Zomato wallet.
They haven't any customer care number.
They didn't give solution on app chat.
How can I reactivate my Zomato account for ordering food.
Please do needful.
