I placed an order on zomato and below are the details.

I suspect that the order delivered to me was consumed already and they delivered only less quantity and the seal was opened when it was delivered to me.
Just before the delivery i got a call from zomato customer care stating that the seal was opened and food was spilled over. They confirmed me that they would provide a full refund for the same.
But till now neither they have not refunded the amount nor they apologized for this irresponsible act of spoiling/consuming the food and delivering it with seal open to end customers.
This act of a zomato delivery person was eating the food before it was delivered to customer went viral social media and despite that still they are continuing the same which is evident in my case.
Pl take necessary action so that this doesnt happen again.
