Zomato — zomato delivery failure - order id: [protected]

I Ordered food from California Burrito through Zomato, order gets confirmed but the delivery agent does not reach Restaurant at all, after waiting for 45 mins i called the delivery guy he says he is in the petrol station would reach restaurant in 5 mins, after 15 mins i get a message that order is picked up and but it was not delivered even after 40 mins hence i called the guy again he says he cancelled the order and hung up, i called him back he says you can go and collect it i am far from that place.

Then i chat with Zomato they assured a call back in 24 hrs and Refund along with Compensation, but even after 7 days i neither got a call or no response to emails sent to [protected]@zomato.com

I have ordered form zomato, and prepaid Rs.377/-but rider could not find my address.and cancelled my order without inform me.so i want my refund Rs 377/-because order cancelled by zomato side.they are not attending my phone calls also and harrasing me.they blocked my cell no.
