Zomato — zomato denying to receive complaint | |||||
I am very disappointed with the response from Zomato and here is why. Concern : The pizza was shuffled inside the box before it was delivered on 01 Nov at 10.30 PM and I have attached the picture. Zomato Support is not willing to take any complaint as I am reporting it on 02 November which is late! The pizza was delivered to me at 10.30 PM and do you expect the customer to report it then and there? I am not asking to refund but I am asking you to take the complaint and make sure this doesnt happen again. I am following up with you as I had ordered from Zomato and its responsbility to take the complaint and follow up instead of denying the fact.
