I want to complain against Zomato because it did not deliver food after taking payment from me. I placed the order on February 13, 2022 at 5:57 pm for total amount Rs 96.60, the order contained 2 items. Zomato delivered one item but it did not deliver the second item. The second item is "Kerala Parotta" and it was worth Rs 26.30.
I contacted Zomato customer care multiple times for help but they are not ready to replace the order or refund the money but they ask me to review the restaurant on their app. I asked them "how is this helpful in getting my money back?", they have no answer to it.
Please help me with the refund for the undelivered item.
