Zomato — Zomato didn't deliver my order but amount got deducted from UPI

I have ordered food from Shah Ghouse Restaurant on Oct 2nd 2023. After some time deliver agent called from a location which is 5kms away from delivery address.

The agent rejected the order and didn't refund the amount.

We had a hard time with Zomato support as well. They didn't initiate the refund. 914 Rupees of hard earned money is lost but Zomato response is not good.
