Zomato — zomato failed delivery and money refund

I had ordered (Id:[protected]) for an amount of 2351.26 on 13th jul, 2019 with the instructions of delivering the same on 15th july.
The order was accepted and i had received the confirmation of the order being placed. The next hour i got a call from zomato customer care to cancel the order as the order should be placed the same day.
With this message i had cancelled my order and got a confirmation message of "amount refund will be in 2-7 days". But till today i havent got any single rupee.

My question is if the order to be placed on the same day then why zomato accepts it or confirms it if the delivery date is prior to 24 hrs.

It looks like some dirty tricks are being placed on innocent customers or could say "good game of cheating" being played by zomato.

Kindly take the necassary action and do the need ful to get the refund.
