Zomato — zomato: failing to deliver an order which I had paid for. | |
I ordered (Order number: [protected]) an item from a local restaurant through zomato using my debit card. The food was sitting in the resturant for half an hour as the rider wasn't available. And further the rider wasn't assigned to my order. The food was never delivered by zomato but they debited the order amount from my account as i had paid through my card. I reached out to customer support but to no avail i kept receiving bot responses. Pathetic service. Was this information helpful? | |
