[Resolved] Zomato — zomato food order benarji | |||||
Hi, I worked in office till late night and after reaching my PG I ordered food online in Zomato. I made payment and also get confirmation message. I order at 11.30 P.M and till i didn't get order that's why i contacted to Zomato Customer Care, they said the delivery boy tire is panctured and your order is rejected. Just imagine at that time i can't able to go outside to eat. I believed Zomato that they will deliver me and waiting for it. I argued strongly to Customer care and they said we will arrange food to me . They also sent me Order id and i am waiting for that delivery. After 20min they again replied me the same. They are not treating customers good and playing with Cosumer emotions. I want explanation from them and also consideration for my loss. Was this information helpful? | |||||
