Zomato — zomato food was cancelled and didn't get refund.

Hi,
I ordered food on 19th november, 2019 evening (Order id: [protected] order amount: rs. 625/-), waited for long but didn't receive any. Later i received an sms from zomato saying since i wasn't available to take the delivery, the order was declined and also as this is non-refundable order, no refund is applicable.
I contacted the delivery man, which was connected to merchant shop and they said they didn't receive return of food and the delivery was automatically cancelled. So, he couldn't do anything. I then contacted the zomato online support team through their official chat and found that food was damaged by delivery person due to which i didn't get my food.
