Zomato — zomato gave wrong food and didn't give the refund as they promised me | |||
I ordered two foods on 11th June, 2019. But I received item missing with the food product. Zomato told me to refund Rs 160 but since then they told me everyday that "at days end you will get your money". They told me two times means for two days they harassing me with mentally and physically but I didn't receive a single penny. So now I demand Rs 500 from Zomato for this harassment. Even they don't accept this with brave heart. So it's embarrassing and frustrating for me and in this regard I want your full support and help. I am attaching the frustrating discussion between Zomato and me. You see and understand that they have done it for last two days and it's a pure harassment. Was this information helpful? | |||

I ordered ghee rice and kabab chicken from kabab magic worth Rs 386. The order was not delivered, neither did I get a call.but I was charged cancellation fee please refund
