Zomato — zomato gold account deleted on its own | |
This is for all the zomato gold users around, as a gold user or a potential user i suggest you read this post: i have been a zomato gold user for around 1.5 years now, but suddenly something happened... Zomato deleted my account from its system. After repeated emails for reinstating my account they came with a resolution of giving a pro-rata refund. Which for 7 months comes to 10% of current zomato gold price. So effectively they removed a loyal gold user who bought his membership while there was discount and now deleted his account and now has been asked to pay more than 3 times the price he paid for his account and for whose mistake? For a company which is expanding globally, this level of service is anything but of global standards. P. S.- every email i write to them, they will take exactly 2 working days to respond, which seems to be a good policy as users precious time is wasted. P. P. S.- what i am interested in is getting my membership reinstated and not a refund, because i am as i said before a loyal gold user. My membership is vaild till 28th april 2020, now add the days from 23rd september to whenever they resolve this issue to my membership.
