Zomato has blocked my account and also my cash which was there in my account. And when contacted they are giving lame reason. Hi vaishnavi, As informed earlier, the account has been blocked as system precautionary measure pertaining to various issues and merchant complaints. Therefore, the account cannot be unblocked and along-with the credits have been blocked as well. The credits can neither be redeemed nor transferred to any other mode. It's your strategy to block the customer, now you have lots of database of customers, mobile number, email address, now it's easy for you to sell these details to third party for making money. Shame on Zomato.
