Zomato — zomato incomplete order, money back denied | |||||
Today I ordered food from Truly Punjab restaurant through Zomato.com and got the wrong food delivered when I contacted customer care through chat, they just didn't care to solve the issue. They just added Zomato credits into my account. I don't care about zomato credits. I paid in real money through online payment and I want my money back in same way. When asked for the same they denied it clearly and kept repeating that 'we have added zomato credits to your account'. I paid in real money and they are refunding it in virtual currency is cheating. I don't want to reorder anything from Zomato and I want my money back in same way I paid. Was this information helpful? | |||||
