Zomato — Zomato is not refunding my money for my order which they cancelled by themself

I have ordered shawarma on 19th October from zomato for 259.25rs and after 5-10mins they have canceled my order and they sent me a message saying we have cancelled you order and you will receive full refund within 5-7 days and it’s been 8 days now and I didn’t receive any refund I was contacted zomato multiple times and they were blaming my bank saying taut they issued refund on same day and I contacted my back regarding this and they confirmed me that they didn’t receive any refund from zomato and no one from zomato is responding properly to my issue and they are asking me to wait for another 10 days but no proper response very disappointed
