Zomato — zomato not paying my refund | |||
I had ordered pizza from domino's on 2nd november 2019 where i have received a message that i will get my order within 30 mins. But after almost 55 minutes my pizza was delivered. Domino's if deliver pizza after 30 mins, give order for free. When spoken with domino's they agreed for refund and they proceeded refund to zomato. Same has been attached. On contacting zomato, they are saying since i had ordered through domino's, i have to ask them only. But domino's had already given refund to zomato since i had ordered through them. But zomato is declining that they have not got any such refund. And again saying to ask domino's. I want my refund of rs.604 Was this information helpful? | |||

I ordered quinoa wrap in Zomato for 100rs but i got rosted peanut which is 60rs. I enquired with customers support they said write feedback for the hotel. Very worst response. I need refund. That food i haven't touched till now.
