Zomato — zomato order accepted and declined

i ordered from hotel senthur, egmore today which they accpeted
and after some time they said that we cant deliver said address and said to cancel the order. In zomato once order is placed there will be no option to cancel. I made the payment . After some time i chated with customer acre . They forced me to wait so much time and after that they refunded the money taking a long time. Now i cant order in any resataurant. As they are closed .

now i couldnt palce order anywhere and because of you iam staying hungry.how could i now get my lunch. i will not take it as easy as you can

What should i do.. Iwill not take this issue as so simple
