Zomato — zomato order got rejected and no refund | |
I ordered food from zomato on 11th of march but when delivery person came to my office i was in meeting so when i took excuse from my current meeting and came out from room my order was cancelled, it was just delay of 2 to 3 minutes by that time my order was cancelled and zomato people says since food was prepared they can not refund. When we contacted zomato they said they will come back in 2 days but its been 3 days no reply from zomato. When food was ordered and payed that means consumer is need of it, we will not pick call with actual reason, cant you wait for 5 minutes. I have an histroy of call when i received call from zomato when i tried to call back which is only having delay of 2 to 3 mins maximum. Zomato is fraud, cheating people in this way.
