Zomato — zomato order hyderabad

Hi,

I have placed an order from shah ghouse restaurant on 2nd october 2019 at 11:27. The order at first got cancelled. The second time i placed an order, the delivery person picked up the order from the restaurant but did not deliver it to my given address. He cancelled the order without my permission and did not answer my calls after that and put the cancellation fee on my name. I kindly request you to waive of my cancellation fee since the delivery person you have appointed has cheated me. Please don’t hire delivery executives that cheat on your customers just for food.

I order food through zomato everyday but never expected this kind of behaviour from your delivery person. I humbly request you to waive off my cancellation fee as my lunch and dinner happens to be through zomato everyday. And because of this cancellation fee i’m unable to place further orders.
