Zomato — zomato order no. [protected]

There was some deal to be offered on this order when placed it was not showing so i have cancelled the order immediately (I think within a min). I have tried to contact restaurant number given in the zomoto many times but it was not working. If you see chat records i have informed this to your executive as well about that when he asked to inform restaurant about it. By the time they got notified food was prepared. If you see i have placed similar order second time as well with offer applied (Which was not working in earlier order) but only one order was delivered so why should i pay for two orders?

Amount is not that big that i should spend so much time on it however i am witnessing the zomoto experience what i have heard from others by myself and unfortunately that's true.

I ordered from zomato under their on time or free policy by paying extra money but i received cold food and that too 20 min delayed. I was told i would refund but still didn't get any response from them
