I have placed an order for Chicken Biryani from Kolkata Biryani on 10-Mar-2024 at 10:01 PM bearing order no # [protected]. Initially the expected delivery time was showing as 30 mins but subsequently it keeps on increasing. I kept on calling the service delivery partner after 40 mins from the expected delivery time, but he didn't respond. Then I started to chat with your support team at 10:42 PM to know the status of my order. I have been informed that order has been picked and expected to reach by 10:51 PM. Then your agent Varjot connected me and further shared a fresh estimated time of delivery by 11:17 PM. But again failed to keep the commitment and then I had been connected by your service agent Nawed. After lots of followup and mental harassment finally at 11:28 PM one of your delivery partner arrived with frozen biryani. It was not at all acceptable, so I have refused to accept the order. Nawed offered to accept the order with compensation. But It was not acceptable at any cost for such poor service where you are charging delivery fees.
I had to prepare food late night because of your failure to provide services on time. I am not satisfied with return of my order value only. For such poor services and mental harassment, I demand Rs. 10, 000 as compensation. If my complaint is not served properly and within next 10 days, then I will be bound to put a complaint at Consumer Court. Was this information helpful? |
