[Resolved] Zomato — zomato refund amount | |
I ordered food from zomato (11.08.2018) and it took an hour for them to atleast respond to this. After two & half hours i got a message "The order could not be placed as there was a payment gateway failure. The refund is auto-initiated and since it is reversed through the payment gateway, it will reflect in your account in the next 8 to 7 business days. I would request you to please place an order using an alternate mode of payment or a different card. After waiting for 3 hrs the status showed delivered.. again i contact to zomato customer care (23.08.2018) still they not refund my amount 285..
