I order dominos pizza using zomato app by paying rs 322.When i recieve call from dominos for my location then they said that they cannot delivered food to my location in mohan garden (delhi). So they said that they are canceling my order from their side. Afterwards Zomato showing the status as delivered which is completely false. I connect with Zomato support, they promise to solve my problem and saying to wait 5-7 business day. But i issue is still not solved. They are saying that i have to wait 5-7days more for refund.
But logically my question is when my food is not delivered then why your app is showing it as delivered. Then they said they contact me but thet didnot even call me.
I just want my paid money back into my account as they cant serve me food due to cancel order from their side.
Its completely their mistake.
Zomato is not giving my refund money.
They are trying to cheat as status of food is showing delivered. But i have proof message for order cancelled.
"Your order no. 38 has been cancelled at our restaurant. We apologies for inconvenience caused. Money will be auto refunded in 7 working days for paid orders."
I just want my refund money by Zomato
