Zomato — zomato - refund for rejected order | |||||
This order was rejected by Nandhini. I didnt receive the refund or the order cancellation email or the refund reference number. Order number [protected] I have tried contacting chat they asked me to email [protected]@zomato.com and its been 4 days and no response. Also there is no proper customer care. My money is stuck and refund email for which chat associates have no answer and are rude and there is no response from email team. Worst experience. Playing a huge fraud game by luring customers with their offer and then not refunding the amount when restaurant rejects order!! Was this information helpful? | |||||

I had not giving any order of food in zomato but my money was deducted with out my invalment or with out my permission please solve the problem
