Hi Zomato Senior Team, Order id:-[protected] we are order in Chand food restaurant in sector 26 Noida in Kurkure Momos-2 pcs, but we have received stream Momos-2 pcs, i have informed Zomato support on chats section -Mr Himanshu is taking this case, I am requesting to Himanshu for call me, i have received the call, when i told for payment refund process, they are denied the payment refund process. so i am told why, you will are not refund the payment, if not refund payment so pick the food my house or send replacement food.
