Hi Zomato Senior Team,

we are order in Chand food restaurant in sector 26 Noida in Kurkure Momos-2 pcs, but we have received stream Momos-2 pcs, i have informed Zomato support on chats section -Mr Himanshu is taking this case, I am requesting to Himanshu for call me,
i have received the call, when i told for payment refund process, they are denied the payment refund process.
so i am told why, you will are not refund the payment, if not refund payment so pick the food my house or
send replacement food. Mr Himanshu told me we are not delivery partner and abused me.
