Zomato — Zomato the delivery guy took cash even after I paid online

Mode of payment was online.
But when the delivery boy came, he took cash from us.We said it was online payment but he didn't agree and said that the payment wasn't processed so we have to pay in cash.
It is still showing paid pine and even the amount got deducted
