Hi, i have a good time with zomato up to the last order (Order id: [protected]). I have so many order with zomato, but in last time, it's an accidental order. I lost my money in paytm (I blindly trust you to add my payment wallet to your business) with transaction id: [protected]. After the order placement, i call the restaurant, delivery boy and customer support to cancel my order. From the support team tell me that, you can cancel the order without credit back the money to either zomato credits or to paytm. If it's to zomato credits, i will be ok. So i can make another purchase. I know there may be a rule to don't cancel after order placement. But you can give me one chance or have an exception for a single time. So you just denied a justice to cancel my order to get back the money. But i really want my back. Even to zomato credits is ok for me.
