Zomato — zomato velvet misbehaved with me | |||||
I ordered food from zomato on 09/08/2018 from vendor (pradeep pav bhaji) my order had to come at 8;50 pm. A zomato velvet assigned to deliver my order at my place. He reached at my place at 8;45 pm and called me twice but i was unable to receive the call and call back him on his number. he argues with me upon call and shouted on me why you dont receive my call and said he is taking back my order but i insist him to my order back and when i received order at my place he again shouted on me said why dont you pick my call in one time i said you just only had to wait 4-5 min why are being so aggressive upon this and then i had some argues with him during our argues he came near to me for fighting with me and abused me in public and said do anything no one dare to touch me not even zomato. from chat support i complaint about him . I received reply from executive that im the one who abuse him first i asked them to take an immediate action upon him but didn't receive satisfying replies. complainant num-[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
