Yesterday i had ordered food from zomato and the restaurant rm where i ordered they delivered me a rotten food nd when i told this to zomato customer service they refunded back my money but after some time they blocked my account without informing me and when i tried to email them they all went unresponsive from yesterday onwards i have wrote them so many emails but they are not replying nor they are telling why they blocked my account please do something regarding this as because my money is there in that account Phone-[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

Hey my friend had booked three tickets to zomaland for 2nd Feb in the name likitha keerthi, since I'm not able to make it on Feb 2nd I want to cancel the ticket and if it's three days before the event it says 80% should be refunded but when she spoke to the agent they say the refund isn't possible.
