[Resolved] Zoom Car — booked car not available and fault replacement car | |
I had made a booking in november for zuv500 from 6th february to 8th february. Even on 5th feb, i checked the zoomcar app, the booking showed live. However, when i reached the pickup point in bangalore airport, the car was not available. The staff was quite rude and refused to provide a replacement and insisted that i speak to customer service. They told me that the car i booked was not available and the next possible replacement will take at least 1 hour to reach the airport. I had to agree for a hexa and had to wait with my family at the airport parking for almost 1.5 hours. And the car provided was shabby, its power windows and power steering did not work, and i realized later that the dim headlights did not work. This is probably the last time i booking zoom car!!
