[Resolved]  Zoom Car — cycle lock not working

Address:Pune, Maharashtra, 411007

I'm unable to lock the cycle i rented because there is a problem in the lock hardware
There is no helpline no. To contact
I've ridden cycle for about 1hr 20 mins and have been trying to lock the cycle thereafter
The cycle no. Is 101725 and i've parked it in front of allahabad bank, aundh, pune
Please help me with this issue as the amount will keep deducting from my paytm wallet and someone else might misuse this cycle
