Zoom Car — Delay in service.

I had booked a car though zoom car recently. The pick up time was 10.30pm. The service was so worst that I had to wait for 2.30 hrs to pick the car and that too a car which had bad brakes.

My friend relied on me for dropping him to the airport and almost missed the flight.

I would like to rate this service with 0/5.

What if a lady had to pick the same car? It would be really unsafe for her.

Please do something about this.
