Zoom Car — I want my refund soon. | |
Never ever go for zoomcar. It was my first and my worst experience ever. Me and my family planned and had a bad day thanks to zoomcar. We literally couldn't attend the function. I made my booking 2 days before the function on june 1st 2020 at 8:00am for a ford figo. On that morning 7:30am i got a call from an executive saying the car is on its way, i tried calling the delivery executive, no response. Then i got another call at 8:00am from the same guy saying there are no ford figos available and that he will replace me with a mahindra tuv. I was happy for a moment. We were supposed to leave at 8:00am sharp. And finally that god forsaken words came from that agent saying that he's extremely sorry and that he'll cancel my booking. I was literally so astonished and disappointed to hear what he said. Because i and my family were waiting and it was too late and on top of that he's that he'll cancel. If there were no cars why couldn't you guys tell us a little earlier like a day ago so i could have planned everything accordingly. All is done now, i just want my refund to be deposited to my bank. It has been 20 days and still no word or call. I demand for my refund effective immediately to my bank. Was this information helpful? | |
